I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Art will be curated by The Art Universe at Steeple Street Music Academy, and the opening reception will be on Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 1-3PM. Up to three (3) submissions are allowed, and submissions are non-refundable; the first submission is $25 and each subsequent submission is an additional $10. Unfortunately, it's impossible to accept all submissions in the show, but as many artists as possible will be included. Art show pieces will be awarded based on the people's choice, and as such, the gallery will be open for voting from 6-8PM on Friday, October 4 and 6-8PM on Saturday, October 5. Voting on pieces will close on Sunday, October 6 at 2PM.
Please, 2-dimensional art ONLY. Art must be strung properly; no loose metal wires or strings. We will accept a saw tooth hanging system. Frames are welcome, but please be sure to not submit dirty mats or scuffed frames; framing must be clean and undamaged.

Payment may be made via check or money order, credit/debit card, or cash. Please indicate how you wish to provide payment, and fill out the appropriate information below. **Check or money orders need to be made out to "Steeple Street Music Academy, Inc." and either brought to the physical school at 40 Steeple Street in Mashpee Commons or sent to: 11 Market St., PO Box 1304, Mashpee, MA 02649.**
